Prayer

From the Principal

We hope that everyone is enjoying their Term 1 holidays. Staff came back to work today where we had some professional development in the teaching and learning space around structured literacy and Essential Assessment which is a maths resource we use at St Thomas'.
Tomorrow will see the staff join other schools in the area to listen to Shiralee Poed who is an expert in the Wellbeing space particularly with School Wide Positive Behaviour (SWPBS). Then finally on Thursday staff will head to Warrnambool with all the other Southern Zone Catholic Primary Schools and participate in the presentation of the DOBCEL Strategy 2035, titled "Pursuing Fullness of Life for All."
A reminder regarding ANZAC Day this Friday, see below for more details.
See you all next week

ANZAC DAY

This Friday is ANZAC Day. As has been tradition St Thomas' has always had a wonderful turn out to the Terang ANZAC Day Memorial Service.
Again, this year on Friday 25th April at 10am we invite our students to attend the memorial service at 10am at the Terang RSL. We ask that the students wear their school uniform if attending.
After the service we will join in a march from the Terang RSL to the Monument along High Street.
We hope to see you there.
